I forgot to return my headphones at the end of the festival - what happens now?

No problem, just get them back to us as soon as you can. Depending on how late the return is, an administrative fee may apply. Please check our terms and conditions, especially clause 6.

Please ensure you include a note inside the package with your full name and contact details so we can easily identify your return.

Any eligible deposit refund will be automatically returned to the original payment method for each headphone. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are unable to take responsibility for lost or delayed shipments.
