Everything you need to know about our Silent Disco's is below
It’s simple! Pre-order your headphones before the event through this site. Checkout and pay your admission fee and refundable deposit for your Silent Disco headphones on reservations.silentdiscoking.com.
Once the order is placed, you’ll receive a receipt and a QR code/ticket sent to your email address before the festival/event. At the festival have your QR code ready when you visit our Silent Disco headphone collections/returns hut. You will need this to redeem your headphones.
At the hut, our Silent Disco King crew will scan your QR code and allocate you a set of headphones to use for the duration of the festival. Once this is done, you are free to go and enjoy the Silent Disco at any time (providing it’s on).
Once you’re finished with your headphones, simply return them to the collections/return hut.
Our team will then scan your headphones back in (on their return) and your deposit will be issued back to you within 14 working days - providing they’re still in one piece and working.
Your ticket for your Silent Disco headphones will be sent to the email address you used to place the order with. Please make sure you check you have this before attending the festival/event.
If you can’t find your e-ticket that contains your QR code, don’t panic!
Try checking your SPAM folder, it may have slipped in unknowingly. If your ticket is not in there, simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, our lovely team are on hand to help you before the event.
You can get a refund or cancel your ticket up to 14 days from the date you purchased your ticket. If for any reason you don’t need your order anymore please contact us as soon as possible.
The original ticket we sent to you will be canceled and registered as invalid for the event. You will not be able to redeem these using your qr code at the event.
We’ll have a headphone collection and return hut at the festival where you are able to collect and return your headphones. We’ll try and release this information to your before the start of the festival or event (where possible).
If you arrive at the festival and have no clue where we are, try any of the following:
- Ask stewards where we’re located
- Check the festival site map
- Look for signs saying ‘Silent Disco King’, ‘Silent Disco Hut’.
You’ll be sure to find our crew on our travels.
The refundable deposit is for the headphones, once you’ve collected your headphones it is your responsibility to look after them throughout the festival. The deposit will cover any damages that may occur to the headphones whilst there in your hands. Not to worry though, they are extremely durable and not likely to be damaged. If you do hand us back your headphones in pieces, we will be unable to refund your deposit.
If you hand them back in suitable condition, your deposit will be refunded to you within 10-14 working days of the event.
If you haven’t received your deposit back within 10-14 days, please contact us at email@example.com.
Hand us back your headphones, we’ll scan them back in and check them for any damage. If they are returned undamaged, we’ll refund your deposit within 10-14 working days back to the card you paid your deposit on. Please keep an eye on your account for the return of your deposit.
Pre-ordering your headphones before the event means you’ll be able to collect your headphones from the pre-ordered queue at the event. You’ll be able to pick up your headphones quicker and have extra time to spend exploring the festival/event. For some festivals you will also save money on admission with our ‘early bird’ fees.
